  1. What is the delivery time for gowns?
    It depends on the designer and the detailed work that must be done to make your dress look its best. Usually this takes 10-16 weeks.
  2. When should I order?
    You want to order your dress immediately when you have found “the one” you want. With the delivery time of most dresses, you may need some time for minor alterations and you do not want to be rushed and stressing out. After all, this is supposed to be the best day of your life.
  3. What is your return policy?
    Cardinal Bridal & Formal Wear does not do returns nor store credits. Once a gown or dress is purchased, it is yours.When we special order a dress from a designer they do not allow cancellations
  4. How can I pay?
    We take cash, credit, or checks. We take VISA and MasterCard only.
  5. Will I be notified when my dress is ready?
    Yes, one of the employees at Cardinal Bridal & Formal Wear will call you and let you know your dress is in and ready to be picked up.
  6. Can I have alterations at Cardinal Bridal?
    We have an alterations expert that comes in on Wednesdays or Saturdays by appointment only for alterations. We also have several alteration experts we can recommend to you if these days are not convenient for you.
  7. Do I need an appointment?
    Every bride deserves to be treated like a “princess” and given special attention in helping her to make one of the most important decisions in preparing for her “wedding day”. At Cardinal Bridal, providing exemplary customer service is our number one priority and in assuring we’re able to provide the service deserved and expected, we will operate by appointment only on Saturdays for all “brides to be” and “bridesmaids”.

    If you schedule an appointment and fail to change or cancel within 24 hours, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card. At the time of scheduling an appointment, we will ask for your credit card information. The $25 fee will be charged ONLY in the event of failure to cancel the appointment within 24 hours.

    Thank you for your understanding in helping us to provide the best experience possible for all bridal parties. Appointments are recommended but NOT required for mother of the bride, flower girl, prom or all other special occasions.
